TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE KERATINSHOP.PL
§1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at https://keratinshop.pl/ (hereinafter – “Store”).

(hereinafter – “Seller”)
These Terms and Conditions define, in particular:
- the rules for placing orders and concluding sales contracts;
- payment and delivery methods;
- the right to withdraw from the contract;
- complaint and return procedures for international transactions;
- the privacy policy and cookies;
- responsibility for professional products.
The Terms and Conditions are provided free of charge and may be saved by the Client.
§2 Definitions
- Client – a natural or legal person or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
- Consumer – a natural person purchasing goods not related to business activity.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person conducting business but purchasing goods not directly for professional activity.
- Product – an item offered in the Store.
- Sales Contract – a distance contract between the Client and the Seller.
§3 Technical Requirements
To use the Store, you need:
- a device with Internet access;
- an up-to-date web browser;
- an active email address;
- cookies enabled.
§4 Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24/7 through the Store website.
The Client may:
- create an account, or
- make a purchase without registration.
The order process includes:
- selecting products;
- adding them to the cart;
- providing data necessary for order fulfillment;
- selecting payment and delivery;
- confirming the order.
Placing an order means:
- accepting the Terms and Conditions;
- committing to payment.
The sales contract is concluded upon the Seller confirming acceptance of the order for fulfillment.
§5 Prices and Payment
All prices are in PLN and include VAT.
Available payment methods:
- online payments (e.g., Przelewy24);
- card payment;
- cash on delivery.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order in case of non-payment.
The Client receives a receipt or VAT invoice.
§6 Delivery
Delivery is carried out by courier services (e.g., InPost, DPD).
Delivery costs are indicated in the cart or individually for international orders.
Processing time:
- preparation: up to 24 hours (working days);
- delivery: 1–3 working days in Poland;
- international orders: as individually agreed, the Client is responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
§7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the Client must send a completed withdrawal form to the Seller or notify by email.
Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client unless the Seller voluntarily covers part of the cost.
§8 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- used products;
- opened cosmetic products for hygiene reasons;
- products made to individual order;
- bulk products.
§9 Complaints and Warranty
The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the product with the contract for 2 years (warranty).
Complaints may be submitted by email or in writing.
The Seller reviews complaints within 14 days.
If the complaint is upheld, the Client may receive:
- a refund;
- replacement of the product;
- repair.
§10 Uncollected Shipments
If a shipment is not collected, the Seller may claim actual delivery and return costs.
§11 Professional Products and Liability
Products are intended primarily for professional use.
The Client must use products according to instructions.
The Seller is not responsible for consequences of:
- improper use;
- lack of qualifications or training;
- failure to perform an allergy test.
Allergy testing is recommended before use.
§12 Product Documentation
Products comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
The Seller may provide documentation only for products purchased in the Store.
Documentation may not be used for commercial purposes unrelated to the purchased product.
In case of violation, the Seller may seek compensation.
§13 Personal Data and Cookies
The Seller is the data controller.
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR for:
- order fulfillment;
- customer service;
- accounting obligations;
- marketing (with consent);
- analytics (cookies, with consent).
The Client has the right to:
- access data;
- rectify;
- delete;
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent or object.

§14 Alternative Dispute Resolution
The Client may use:
- mediation;
- consumer protection assistance;

§15 Final Provisions
Polish law applies to contracts.
The Terms and Conditions may change; changes do not affect orders placed before the new Terms enter into force.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment of publication on the Store website.
